Plain English Summary: We built this affiliate program because we believe in rewarding real value, not exploiting it. Our core business operates on this platform (ToTheTarget.com), where we deliver our digital products. However, we know that some readers still prefer a traditional, printed book. Because we do not run a physical printing press, we utilize external print-on-demand services to satisfy those customers.

 

Here is our commitment to you: If you drive a client to our platform, and that client chooses to buy the physical book through an external marketplace link instead of the digital version here, you will not be penalized.

 

Even though external marketplaces normally pay devastatingly low affiliate rates (around 4%), and even though selling through them reduces our own net margins, we will honor your full commission. Your contract is with our Platform, but we extend your earning power to our Products across the web, as long as our tracking system can verify the destination of that sale. We protect your work; all we ask is that you respect our rules.

 

1. GENERAL ACCOUNT TERMS & ELIGIBILITY

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to participate in this Program.
• Human Status: Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated marketing/scraping methods are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other requested data during the sign-up process.
• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account and credentials.

 

2. THE SYSTEM & THE BASELINE PRICE

To maintain a transparent and predictable structure, all affiliate commissions are tied strictly to our core digital infrastructure:

• The Price Reference: All affiliate commissions are calculated as a percentage based on the retail price of our core digital products as listed directly on ToTheTarget.com.
• Percentage-Based Earnings: Your commission is always calculated as a clean percentage of this digital baseline sale, ensuring your rewards scale naturally with our platform’s core product value. We guarantee the payment of this full commission rate even if the client transitions to an external marketplace where standard referral rates are significantly lower.

 

3. THE PRODUCT EXTENSION CLAUSE (EXTERNAL SALES)

Our platform contractually extends your promotional reach from our direct checkout to our products listed on third-party fulfillment networks:

• If a visitor referred by your unique link decides to leave our platform to purchase a physical copy via our external print-on-demand redirect links, our custom script carries your unique Affiliate ID forward into that external environment.
• As long as our platform's tracking architecture can successfully verify the completed transaction on the external destination, ToTheTarget.com will fully honor the payout. The commission will be paid at the exact percentage tier specified by your platform account, calculated from our standard digital baseline price.

 

4. PERFORMANCE TIERS & SYSTEM ADJUSTMENTS

Every verified affiliate automatically enters the program at our competitive Starter Tier. Accounts are evaluated automatically every 6 months based on the total volume of books successfully tracked and sold. The system adjusts your commission rate across five distinct levels:

• Starter Tier: 40% Commission – The default entry level for all approved partners.
• Tier 1 (Low Activity): 25% Commission – For accounts generating under 10 sales in a 6-month period. Completely inactive accounts (0 sales) may face automated deactivation.
• Tier 2 (Active Partner): 35% Commission – For accounts generating 10 to 30 sales in a 6-month period.
• Tier 3 (Pro Influencer): 42% Commission – Premium rate for accounts generating 31 to 100 sales in a 6-month period.
• Tier 4 (Elite Partner): 50% Commission – Maximum rate for high-performing accounts generating over 100 sales in a 6-month period.

 

Program Optimization Note: This program is offered to a strictly limited and curated number of collaborators. To ensure we maintain high-quality partnerships, we reserve the right to adjust these tiers and performance thresholds in the future to better select and reward active, high-performing creators.

 

5. PROMOTIONAL COUPONS & EARNINGS RULE

To support your marketing campaigns and offer a special benefit to your audience, we are willing to issue custom promotional discount codes upon request. Since our pricing is strictly optimized, the exact rule of calculation applies as follows:

• The Calculation Sequence: When a customer uses your custom discount code, the discount is applied to the retail price first, and your affiliate commission percentage is calculated directly from that resulting net amount.
• Standard Coupon (10%): Designed for regular promotions to give your followers an immediate incentive to buy.
• Special Campaign Coupon (20%): Available for high-impact events or dedicated launches. Because the discount is shared, utilizing a 20% coupon will proportionally adjust your active commission rate down to 32% of the baseline price for those specific sales.
• Fulfillment Scope: Custom promotional coupons are functional and valid only for purchases made directly on ToTheTarget.com. They cannot be integrated into or recognized by external third-party marketplace environments.

 

6. PAYOUT CONDITIONS & SCHEDULE

• Monthly Payout Schedule: All approved affiliate earnings are processed on a monthly basis, during the first week of the following calendar month.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: Standard earnings accumulate and are released once your approved balance crosses the $50 USD / €50 threshold. If you do not meet this threshold, the balance safely rolls over to the next month.
• Account Termination Payout: In the event that either party decides to terminate the collaboration, the standard threshold is waived. We will issue a single, final payout for the exact amount accumulated in your account up to that date, closing the balance completely.
• Invoicing & Taxes: Businesses must provide a valid invoice. Independent creators will be paid via mutually agreed digital payment channels. You are solely responsible for reporting your earnings and paying any local taxes or banking fees required by your jurisdiction.

 

7. ETHICAL PROMOTION & TERMINATION

• Strict Anti-Spam: You must comply with all international anti-spam regulations (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR). Drop-shipping links into illegal forums, sending unsolicited mass emails, or placing links on piracy platforms will result in immediate termination and permanent forfeiture of all accumulated earnings.
• Brand Alignment: We reserve the right to disqualify commissions or deactivate accounts utilizing overly aggressive, misleading, or deceptive marketing tactics that negatively affect the platform's reputation.

 

8. GOVERNING LAW

• This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania (European Union). Any legal disputes arising from this program that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled exclusively by the competent courts in Romania.
